Why our treatments are effective

We are manual physical therapists who restore, preserve and improve the function of the musculoskeletal system. We evaluate the body as a whole, looking for the dysfunction that is creating pain or improper movement patterns. Hands-on care is augmented with targeted exercises done with the therapist and at home.

Our focus is always on the patient. We pride ourselves in our effort and ability to “be in the moment” with the patient. We see each patient for 45 minutes and in that time are focused only on the patient, undistracted by having to monitor another patients’ exercise or treatment provided by an assistant or aide.

Each therapy session typically includes manual therapy, movement or posture re-education and exercise. Treatments are augmented by home exercises targeted at muscle groups or movements that are weak or inefficient. We achieve results, even where others have not, because of our individual approach and the proficiency of our therapists in delivering highly skilled treatment.
